Delete Your Account
This page explains how to delete your DialTone customer account — the account you create in the DialTone mobile app to order, pay, earn rewards, and make reservations at participating restaurants — and what happens to your data when you do.
01 Delete in the app
The fastest way is right inside the app:
- Open the DialTone app and make sure you're signed in.
- Tap Account in the header.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and you're signed out.
02 Request by email
If you can't access the app, email support@dialtone.menu from the email address on your account (or include the phone number you use to sign in) and ask us to delete your account. We'll verify your request and complete the deletion.
03 What is deleted
- Your login and your ability to sign in.
- Your profile and personal information — name, email address, phone number, and your notification token.
- Your saved preferences, and any upcoming reservations are cancelled.
04 What may be retained
Records of completed transactions (past orders and payments) may be retained by the restaurant and by us where required for legal, tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. Where these are retained, they are stripped of your name and phone number so they no longer identify you. Card details are never stored by DialTone — payments are processed by Stripe.
